CHEYENNE MOUNTAIN ZOO WELCOMES RETURN OF MILITARY APPRECIATION WEEKEND

September 10, 2010 – Cheyenne Mountain Zoo will again host a Military Appreciation Weekend Saturday and Sunday, September 18 and 19, 2010. As in years past, the Zoo wishes to express its appreciation to the many military families in our community making huge sacrifices on the public’s behalf. With so many service members returning from duty, the Zoo wishes to invite military families to spend some quality time together.

Military Appreciation Weekend will be two fun-filled days of stars, stripes, and sunscreen. Admission for active duty military personnel and their families will be reduced to $4.25 per person during this special weekend.
