Where did you work prior to joining the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo team?
You may have seen me at Nosh in downtown Colorado Springs. I was the executive chef there before coming to the zoo.

Is there anything new planned for Grizzly Grill this summer?
We’re growing…up! Thanks to a little help from Pikes Peak Urban Gardens, we’re planting an organic vegetable garden on the Grizzly Grill roof. You’ll actually pass over it on the Mountaineer Sky Ride and we’ll be using what we grow in your lunch.

I’m also excited to introduce authentic cuisine into each month’s menu, everything from Mexican to Asian dishes.

What’s your favorite food?
I don’t have one favorite food – I love ALL food! But as far as desserts go, I’m game for anything with fruit.
