PROGRAM REGISTRATION POLICIES

As a result of the tremendous growth in the programs being offered and the overall popularity of your Zoo, the following policies have been developed to enable us to clarify program fees and manage registrations more effectively.

MEMBER RATES
To qualify for the member rate on any program, the participant must be a member at the time of registration and be a member in current status for the duration of the program.

REGISTRATION
All program registrations must be received by mail, phone or otherwise delivered to the Zoo, except for Zoo-niversity programs which offer on-line registration. Program registrations will be prioritized by the postmark date, or date of receipt for those registrations phoned-in or delivered to the Zoo. All programs are subject to cancellation if minimum enrollment requirements are not met. The days of the week that programs are offered are subject to change. Certain programs may be non-refundable.

We require advance registration for all of our programs, unless otherwise stated. Therefore, you should call to register for any program within the next two weeks. If the program doesn't occur within the next two weeks, you can register on-line (if available) or by email, phone or fax.

PROGRAM REFUND POLICY
A written refund request must be received TWO WEEKS prior to the start date of the program. We will then process a refund minus the $25 deposit. The $25 deposit is a nonrefundable administration fee. No refunds will be given after two weeks prior to the program start date.
