We'll even bring the animals to you! Our Zoo on the Move (ZOOM) program travels throughout the Pikes Peak region—so your school or community group will have first-hand experiences you'll always remember, without going anywhere.

Program Registration Policies
As a result of the tremendous growth in the programs being offered and the overall popularity of your Zoo, the following policies have been developed to enable us to clarify program fees and manage registrations more effectively.
Registration
Advance registration is required for all programs. Registrations may be received by mail, fax, phone, in-person or online through our web site at www.cmzoo.org. Programs are filled on a first come, first serve basis, and all registrations will be prioritized by the postmark or date of receipt. Online registration may close seven (7) days prior to the scheduled program date; please register by phone, fax or in-person after that time to ensure participation in the program.
Program Cancellation
The Zoo reserves the right to cancel a program due to lack of enrollment or unforeseen circumstances in which the Zoo is closed. If the Zoo cancels the program, a full refund or rescheduling of the program is available.
Refund Policy
A written refund request must be received no less than TWO WEEKS prior to the start of the program. If approved, the Zoo will refund the amount of the f minus a $25 non-refundable administrative fee. No refunds will be given after two weeks prior to the start of the program.
