Home is Where the Habitat Is (ages 6-10)
Tromp through the forests, conquer the mountains, swish through the savannah, peruse the prairies, and survive the deserts in an exciting week of ecosystem exploration! Throughout the week, participants will focus on a different biome, learning the interconnectedness of the biotic and abiotic components unique to each system.
In addition, we will explore how humans interact with these ecosystems and what we can each do to be stewards of nature. Each day will include time inside and outside as well as some up-close and personal time with some animals right inside the classroom. Registration cost includes a t-shirt, daily snack, and any take home items made throughout camp. Lunch is not included. Participants may attend all five days or any number of days through the week.
