  Register in person on Run Day, August 8, 2009 from 6-6:45am at Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. T-shirts cannot be guaranteed to participants who register on run day.

To register a Relay Team of Four for the event, each team member must complete the 2009 Cheyenne Mountain Zoo Official Run Registration Entry Form.

• Individuals can register for only one team.
• Team payment of $120 must be submitted with a completed waiver/release/registration form for each team member.
• Each leg of the race is 1/2 mile in length.

Relay Team Registration deadline: Wednesday, August 5, 5 pm.
There is no online registration for Relay teams.

Winning Relay Team takes Relay Team Award and bragging rights.

Presented at 10:00 am in Cheyenne Mountain Zoo’s first class venue, The Lodge at Moose Lake, awards include:

• Top Male and Top Female by the following age categories - a one-of-kind Giraffe Trophy:
  18 to 39
  40+ (Master)
  


• Top Runner by following age catagories - one-of-a-kind Medallion:
  3-5
  6-8
  9-11
  12-14
  15-17
  


• Winning Relay Team - Relay Team Medallion Awards and bragging rights.

Run/Walk/Stroll participants will be timed individually based on participating age catagories.

This one-of-a-kind 2.1 mile course rises 935 feet in elevation from start to finish and boasts an average grade increase of 8.5%!

Only registered participants permitted on run course. If not participating in the run, regular Zoo admission is required.

For the safety of all participants we do not allow skate boards, roller blades/inline skates/Heely’s®, bicycles or pets on the run course.

All fees are non-refundable.

Your cancelled check or email confirmation page will serve as your receipt.

The race fee is not tax deductible but any additional donations are tax deductible.

Run T-shirts cannot be guaranteed to those who register on race day.
