A Uniquely Colorado Experience.

As America’s only mountain zoo, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is uniquely suited to showcase Colorado wildlife in its natural setting. The Rocky Mountain Wild exhibit connects you with the wild heritage of the Rocky Mountain region, offering surprising, engaging and memorable encounters with moose, mountain lions, Canada lynx, North American river otters and porcupines, grizzly bears, Mexican gray wolves and bald eagles. In addition, special hands-on learning in The Loft offers children and children-at-heart ways to explore and experience different animal care careers, such as a zoo keeper, animal trainer and even veterinarian.
