The Zoo is On the Move.

Our ZOOMobile brings live animals to classrooms, birthdays, community gatherings and special events throughout the Pikes Peak region and beyond.

Presentations with the ZOOMobile provide up-close interactions with a variety of animal ambassadors including a skunk, snakes, tortoises, prairie dogs and many more! Add a unique “wild” touch to your event, and inspire participants to make a difference in the natural world with the ZOOMobile.

Our ZOOMobile animals will get your students wild about wildlife!

“Animal Tales” — Listen to a fun, animated animal story with a zoo educator! Afterwards, you’ll get a chance to meet live animal ambassadors who’ll bring the characters to life.

“Sensory Safari” — Let’s use our senses on a safari like no other! We’ll go on an adventure that will have us meeting, describing, and learning about different types of animals.

“Zoo Groove” — Get up and get moving like all of your favorite animals! Guided play will augment the lesson as you move along with some of our popular ZOOMobile animals.

“Custom Presentation” Have a special topic or animal theme in mind? Let our Zoo staff know, and we can try our best to see if we can accommodate your requests.

“Habitat Hike” — Travel to locations near and far as we explore various habitats animals call home. Students will discuss what each habitat provides the animals that live there, as well as the important roles wildlife.

“Wildlife Wonders” — Animals have amazing adaptations! Get an up close look at special characteristics and abilities that allows them to survive and thrive!

“ZOOM-in” — Students will be introduced to the diversity of the animal kingdom! Learn what make each animal unique from amazing arthropods, marvelous mammals, to remarkable reptiles and more!

– Animal Canvas Art: Own a painting made by one of our artistic animal ambassadors! Your Zoo Presenter will bring a selection of painted canvases for the birthday child to choose from. $20 per painting
