The group will meet promptly at 6:20 p.m. at the Zoo’s front gate. Please have your completed waivers signed and ready to hand in. If you are going to be late, please make an effort to contact the Education Staff at 719-633-9925 ext. 127 prior to 5 p.m.
If you need to call after 5 p.m. on the day of your program please call 719-633-9925 ext. 127 and leave a voicemail with your estimated time of arrival and a phone number that Zoo staff can use to return your phone call. At the program conclusion the group will be escorted back to the front gate/parking lot of the Zoo.
6:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Program Schedule
6:20 p.m. – Zoo staff will meet you at the front gate to sign you in and collect waivers and hand out Quarters for Conservation.
6:35 p.m. – Evening tour will begin!
During your evening, we will explore three of the following exhibits:
– Elephant Barn
– Giraffe Barn – feed the giraffe (in every tour)
– Rocky Mountain Wild
– Asian Highlands
– The Loft to meet an animal up close (in every tour)
– Waters Edge Africa
8:15 p.m. – Head back down to the front gate for program conclusion.
8:30 p.m. – Program concludes.
