To further promote our commitment to our conservation mission, we have transitioned to digital membership cards!

Accessing Your Digital Membership Card

You can download your digital membership card one of two ways:

  1. Through the eMembership Card app, which includes access to additional Zoo resources (recommended), – or –
  2. Directly into the wallet of your smartphone.

Download the App & Membership Card (recommended):

  1. Download the eMembership Card App on the Apple App Store or on Google Play. (The App’s icon is the one with the red person in a white background).

  2. Open the app after it has downloaded. The app geo-locates, so you’ll need to allow it to use your location once, and Cheyenne Mountain Zoo should automatically populate as the top tile. If it doesn’t, you can search “Cheyenne Mountain Zoo” using the looking glass icon in the upper right corner.
  3. Click the CMZ tile on the home page, then click on “Find My Membership Cards”. You will be prompted to enter the phone number listed on your membership and your last name.
  4. Once your account is located, a table will pop up with your name, Membership #, Membership Type, mailing zip code, and expiration date. Click on the button above the table that says “Download my cards.”
  5. To add the card(s) to the wallet on your smartphone, click the button that says “Add to Wallet” after your card(s) have been generated.

To access additional CMZ resources in the app (i.e. a Zoo map, FAQs, and member e-tickets), return to the main CMZoo page and click the 9-square grid icon found in the upper right hand corner.

Download Membership Card Directly into Your Wallet:
  1. At the download link below, you will be asked to enter the phone number listed on your membership in the first line and your last name in the second line.
  2. Once you click “Search” it will locate your account and pull up your digital membership card, which you can then download into your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

What’s On My Digital Membership Card?

  • Each person named on your membership, including Third Adults, will have their own card. Simply swipe to see each person’s card.
  • The city, state and zip code of your mailing address on file.
  • The number of children in your household (if you have children listed AND your membership level includes children).
  • Your level of membership.
  • The expiration date of your membership.

PLEASE NOTE: You will NOT see the street address listed on your membership card for security purposes. If you would like to confirm or update the address on your membership, please email [email protected]. We’re happy to help!

Paper Membership Cards

Do you prefer a paper membership card? To further our conservation mission, we encourage you to explore our digital options! However, if you find that a paper membership card suits your needs best, please be sure to email [email protected] to request a paper membership card. Paper membership cards will only be printed upon request.
