Veterinary Technician

This technician is responsible for assisting with preventative and medical care for the animal health program, including maintaining medical records, monitoring anesthesia, and assisting with other veterinary procedures. This position is non-supervisory in nature but does provide guidance and mentorship to students. Promotes professional working relationships with zoo partners. Adheres to and supports all organizational policies and procedures and standards. Promotes teamwork!

Membership and Donor Records Coordinator

Supports the Development Department by fulfilling all fundraising programs, including membership renewals and batching for general operations, restricted funds, Capital Campaigns and grants. Requires a proficiency in donor database systems (Blackbaud’s Altru) to assist the Manager of Membership and Annual Gifts in pulling accurate reports, noting donor recognition and creating mailing lists for the Development Department. This position is non-supervisory in nature. Must carry out excellent customer service and maintain professional working relationships internally. Is a team player!

The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is looking for an outgoing, friendly individual with exceptional customer services skills to serve as the main point of contact for our members, someone who will be able to create lasting memories and experiences for our members, all day, every day. First Responder

Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is looking for a seasonal EMT first responder to provide efficient immediate care to visitors in need of medical attention from basic first aid to emergency medical response. When not engaged in primary functions, this person will be walking the zoo as a liaison for guests. Great personality is paramount as this job requires guest interactions during the day.
