December Family Camp – Talon-ted Owls

Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 1 p.m. - Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 5 p.m.

Create family memories as we investigate our talon-ted barn owl and the world in which he lives! Each family will have their own personal EdVenture guide and time slot to keep safety our number one priority. Currently booking afternoons in December.

This creative setting is designed to diminish reptile fears and help guests gain an appreciation of these amazing animals. In addition, meander through a separate snake space, where serpents from all over the world show off their remarkable beauty.

Barn Owl Meet & Greet

Join a Loft Zoo Keeper for a special encounter and unique animal interaction!

A great experience for owl lovers! Hoosier is a beautiful bird that can fly silently across the room. Participate in a training experience with his keepers and learn about some of his natural behaviors! Afterwards you may give him some of his favorite enrichment items.

Note: 8-year-old age minimum for this encounter.
