Learn what your pet needs to live a healthy life.

Join our Cheyenne Mountain Zoo keeper as your guide to healthy pet care. Through the learning process you will meet real animal examples and practice healthy pet care through hands on activities.

Topics include:

  • What types of animals make good home pets
  • Where to purchase healthy animals
  • What is the proper housing
  • Healthy diet preparation
  • Learn ways to train and enrich your pet’s life

Classes are open to adults and children. Classes are recommended for children ages 6 and up.

Cost per class:

Adult Member: $15.75
Adult non-member: $30.75
Child: $10.75

If the prescheduled class times below don’t work for you, call 719-424-7827 to customize a date that works for you and your group of 4 or more.
