With each hassle-free party package at the Zoo, you just choose the animal you would like to see around the Zoo, and we’ll take care of all the details, including the facility rental, goodie bags, drinks, party plates and utensils—and a carousel ride for you and your guests!

Days & Times:

Party times are available daily from 10:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m. or 2:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
The Zoo closes daily at 5:00 p.m.

On your party day, your Zoo leader will meet your group at the admissions gate at your scheduled party time. To avoid waiting for latecomers, guests should arrive 15 minutes before the party start time.

Cost:

Members: $275.75 for up to 14 people*
Non-members: $300.75 for up to 14 people*
Additional guests (Members or non-members): $10.75 adults, $20.75 children 3 years +, $0.75 children 0-2 years

*The birthday child, their family members, and all guests (children and adults) are a part of the 14 people included in your package.

Deposit:

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Payments:

Full payment is due ten days before the party date.

Each guest MUST sign a Zoo Waiver Form:

Each guest must complete and submit a waiver form. All forms must be returned to the Zoo on the day of your party. AT THE PARTY START TIME, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TURN AWAY GUESTS WHO DO NOT HAVE WAIVERS.

Refunds, Cancellations or Changes:

If you decide to cancel the birthday party, all payments received by that date are non-refundable.

Since you are responsible for submitting your final payment ten days before your party date, your party may be canceled if we do not hear from you at least ten days before your event. In this case, we can either reschedule your party and apply your deposit to a new date.

Any changes to birthday themes, building requests, or dates must be made no less than 2 weeks prior to the party date.

Create-your-own party at the Zoo for an unforgettable celebration. You choose the activities you want to include, and we’ll help you put together the party of your dreams.This option is perfect for groups who want to hang-out at the zoo for a party, but want to add a few special touches! Create-Your-Own Birthday Parties do NOT include reservation of a Zoo facility, food, drinks, zoo guides, or animal encounters. Read the below guidelines for information you need to know before the party.

Be safe:

For the safety of you and your guests, always follow the Zoo rules. The Zoo may end your party if someone in your group does not respect the rules.

What to wear:

• Party guests should dress appropriately for spending time indoors and outdoors. Bring a waterproof jacket and comfortable shoes for walking.
• Many of the animal interactions you may experience will REQUIRE close-toed shoes. Please contact the Education Department for more details.
